Return & Exchange
At Watch Pavilion, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and exchange process, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
- Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The watch must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- All original packaging, tags, warranty cards, and accessories must be included.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for size, color, or model, subject to availability.
- If the exchanged item has a price difference, the customer will need to pay the difference or receive an adjustment accordingly.
- Exchange requests after 7 days will not be accepted.
Return Policy
- Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items delivered.
- Customers must notify Watch Pavilion within 48 hours of delivery for damaged or wrong items, along with clear photos or videos as evidence.
- Once approved, the item must be returned in original condition.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged due to misuse, water exposure (if not water-resistant), or physical damage after delivery.
- Products without original packaging or missing accessories.
- Clearance or sale items (unless defective).
Refund Policy
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after inspection of the returned item.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as store credit, within 7–10 working days.
- Cash-on-delivery (COD) refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
- Watch Pavilion will cover shipping costs for approved defective or incorrect deliveries.
