Return & Exchange

At Watch Pavilion, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and exchange process, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The watch must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, warranty cards, and accessories must be included.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for size, color, or model, subject to availability.

  • If the exchanged item has a price difference, the customer will need to pay the difference or receive an adjustment accordingly.

  • Exchange requests after 7 days will not be accepted.

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items delivered.

  • Customers must notify Watch Pavilion within 48 hours of delivery for damaged or wrong items, along with clear photos or videos as evidence.

  • Once approved, the item must be returned in original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, water exposure (if not water-resistant), or physical damage after delivery.

  • Products without original packaging or missing accessories.

  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective).

Refund Policy

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after inspection of the returned item.

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as store credit, within 7–10 working days.

  • Cash-on-delivery (COD) refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

  • Watch Pavilion will cover shipping costs for approved defective or incorrect deliveries.
